    Some plans will cover lactation care at 100% and some plans will require some cost-sharing.

    To check your insurance plan’s lactation benefits, call the customer support number on the back of your insurance card and ask, “Do I have in-network coverage for CPT code S9443 with diagnosis Z39.1, billed in a professional (not facility) setting?”.

    ❌ Publix employee Florida Blue plans are not in-network!

    If I am not in-network for your specific plan, self-pay fees will apply to your visits.

    After booking your visit, I will text you with more information about applying your insurance benefits to your upcoming visit.

    ✅ Self-pay fees apply to CHP. 

    ✅ I encourage CHP members to request Prior Authorization to apply y our insurance benefits to the care I provide.  Prior Authorization is a CHP requirement for superbill reimbursement.

    ✅ Call member services at 850-383-3311 and ask for information about receiving Prior Authorization. The member service hotline is so helpful and will guide you with everything you need to know.

    I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to apply for reimbursement for self-pay visits.

  • Weekend visits include a $50 surcharge fee. I love offering weekend visits but I also value the weekend as my family time!

    Please note this fee applies to self-pay and insurance clients.

  • For local families, an office visit is often the best choice, offering hands-on care and in-person assessments that are difficult to replicate virtually.

    Telehealth visits are a convenient option for those farther away or needing quick guidance for follow-up care.

    Office and telehealth visits are both available for in-network insurance visits and self-pay visits.

    Are you thinking about inducing lactation? Whether you’re an adoptive parent, using a surrogate or reciprocal IVF, I am here to help.

    I find prenatal visits an invaluable way to begin your breastfeeding relationship. Prenatals focus on what to expect during early postpartum and how to address common challenges that can sabotage your breastfeeding relationship. You will receive clinical expertise with a personalized, compassionate approach for your unique circumstances!

    Whether you have a newborn or an older baby, personalized clinical lactation care is essential for a smooth feeding journey. Your first visit will include a weighted feed (if appropriate), a functional feeding exam to assess feeding mechanics and so much more - based on your unique needs! You will receive a detailed care plan tailored to you and your baby. Lactation care isn’t just for solving problems—it’s preventative care that fosters effective and connected infant feeding.

    Flange fit visits are just to help you find the best flange size for comfort and milk flow while pumping. We won’t be covering general pumping tips or baby-related questions during this visit—it's all about the fit!
