✅ Are you pregnant and want to get breastfeeding off to the best start?
✅ Are you thinking about inducing lactation? Whether you’re an adoptive parent, using a surrogate or reciprocal IVF, I am here to help.
✅ I find prenatal visits an invaluable way to begin your breastfeeding relationship. Prenatals focus on what to expect during early postpartum and how to address common challenges that can sabotage your breastfeeding relationship. You will receive clinical expertise with a personalized, compassionate approach for your unique circumstances!
✅ Many parents wonder when is the best time to schedule a prenatal visit— my response is to schedule your prenatal as early as you like if breastfeeding on your mind!
✅ Ideally, prenatal clients have two visits with me before their baby arrives. The first visit is typically in the 2nd trimester and we review breastfeeding best practices, your medical history that might impact your milk supply, how your birth plan might impact breastfeeding, specific questions on your mind, etc. I’m also glad to give feedback on your baby registry. The second visit is closer to your EDD (maybe 35 or 36 weeks) and we review your finalized birth plan, prenatal hand expression and the first 3 days of breastfeeding. Of course, newborns take priority for my schedule and I find that my prenatal visits are keen to continue their care once their baby arrives in order to support meeting their infant feeding goals!

Holistic sleep consultations focus on troubleshooting and improving infant/toddler and family sleep gently and respectfully. This is a 3 visit package with two follow-ups to modify your individualized plan as needed.
✅ Please keep in mind that my clinic is not safe for toddlers when deciding to book clinic or telehealth package.
✅ If your first visit is a clinic visit, your two followups can take place via telehealth if you prefer.

✅ For local families, a clinic visit is often the best choice, offering hands-on care and in-person assessments that are difficult to replicate virtually.
✅ Telehealth visits are a convenient option for those farther away or needing quick guidance for follow-up care.
✅ Clinic and telehealth visits are both available for insurance visits and self-pay visits.

✅ Weekend visits include a $50 surcharge fee. I love offering weekend visits but I also value the weekend as my family time!
